Co-Founder and Vice President of Operations - Joseph L. ShawJoe has a rich 22-year career with the Corps of Engineers. During his time with the Corps, he served in various capacities including: Executive Officer, Facility Manager, Public Affairs Specialist, Conservation Biologist, Outdoor Recreational Planner, Park Ranger and Fish & Wildlife Resource Specialist. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in 1981 from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC in Natural Resources Management & Recreation Resources Administration. Joe holds a General Contractor’s license for the State of Tennessee.
His daily responsibilities at SRS, Inc. are to oversee the day-to-day Operations efforts of the company. Joe leads the Project Managers for all Federal Projects. His strong organizational and proven project management skills make him a tremendous asset to SRS, Inc.
