SRS Leadership Team Building Relationships Regional Director of Human Resources – Fred Gaston Fred brings broad skills, knowledge and abilities to SRS, Inc. Fred spent 18 years with Kroger Food Stores (a $60 Billion company) where he held a variety of positions including operations manager, middle manager and senior manager. He was also previously employed as a Senior Employee Relations Specialist with Cracker Barrel Old Country Stores. Fred has a wide variety of experience in the areas of employee relations and labor relations. Fred holds a Bachelor of Science degree in History from Middle Tennessee State University and has completed programs including the Human Resource Executive Program at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business Executive Business Center. Fred is a board member of the King’s Daughter’s Day Home in Nashville which services low income families in the local community and is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). He has previously served his community via work through United Way, Habitat for Humanity, Rotary International and the local chamber of commerce. Fred is responsible for all facets of Human Resources for SRS, Inc.
